110 horses have been entered for the Randox Health Grand National.
Entries for the Aintree spectacular were revealed on Wednesday morning but Welsh National winner Native River was a surprise absentee from the list.
Colin Tizzard's charge had been challenging Don Poli for favouritism but the trainer has confirmed he will not run in the April 8 feature.
"He was never going to be entered," Tizzard confirmed. "His owners have categorically said, 'No'."
Don Poli heads the market for the National and he is one of 16 possibles for owners Gigginstown House Stud, who won the race last year with Rule The World.
As well the favourite, Gigginstown could run Outlander, Empire Of Dirt, Thunder And Roses, The Game Changer and Road To Riches, while owner JP McManus is responsible for eight of the 110 entries, including Cause Of Causes and More Of That.
In total there are 37 Irish-trained horses entered with five of those - The Crafty Butcher, Sambremont, Pleasant Comany, Polidam and Alelchi Inois coming from Willie Mullins yard, while Noel Meade has Measureofmydreams and Wounded Warrior alongside Road To Riches.
Other Irish contenders include former Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Lord Windermere and Maggio from Patrick Griffin's yard.
Maggio has twice failed to make the cut for the race and James Griffin, assitant trainer to his father, is hoping the 12-year-old can finally take his place in the field.
"We purposely haven't run him over fences yet this season because, with the way the race is going, you don't want to be dropping below a rating of 150, in my opinion," he said. "We missed it by seven two seasons ago and Maggio was fourth reserve last year, so hopefully it is third-time lucky.
"Four and a quarter miles is obviously a contrast to everything else, but he is unexposed over three miles or further."
Last year's runner-up The Last Samuri could bid to go one better for Kim Bailey.
Weights for this year's Randox Health Grand National will be revealed on February 14.
