Everton manager Ronald Koeman says a new contract for midfielder Ross Barkley is "not a priority".
Leighton Baines, Gareth Barry and Mason Holgate all signed new deals at Goodison Park on Friday, but the Dutchman says no talks have yet taken place with the England international, who has been linked with a move to Tottenham.
"We know it's about 18 months of contract," Koeman said.
"I think it's not the priority now. Of course, in the new year, we will have talks about his situation and about his future.
"But the priority now is playing and winning and we will see what happens in January."
Tottenham would need to offer a minimum of £35million to tempt Everton to cash in on Barkley, 23, who came through the academy at Finch Farm before making his debut as a teenager in 2011.
However, the Dutchman insisted Everton have received no contact from Spurs:: "I'm not interested in what you write about the futures of players because there's nobody knocking on the door."
