Spanish defender Hector Bellerin has confirmed that he has signed a new, long-term deal at Arsenal.
Bellerin, who joined the Gunners in 2011 from Barcelona, will earn £100,000 a week after signing a six-and-a-half year contract at the Emirates Stadium.
"I've just signed my new deal with the club so I'm really, really, really happy," he told Arsenal's in-house media channel.
"I feel like this is my home and that was the right thing for me to do, so I'm very happy to still be a Gunner for many more years."
Bellerin, who reportedly attracted interest from Manchester City and Barcelona before signing his new deal with the North London club, has made 67 top-flight appearances in total since making his debut against Hull City in October 2014, including the opening 11 matches of this year's Premier League campaign.
However, the 21-year-old Spain international missed Saturday's 1-1 draw with Manchester United with an ankle problem sustained in the final minutes of the North London derby draw with Tottenham on 6 November, an injury that will sideline him until December.
"I'm excited about everything that's going to come in the next few years," he continued.
"I've been here a long time and this is like my home now.
"We can share in a lot more success and I want to thank you all for your support."
