Yannick Bolasie is to undergo a medical at Everton on Sunday, according to reports.
The 27-year-old winger is expected to make a proposed move from Crystal Palace official in the coming days.
Should the deal be completed, it is believed that Bolasie will cost Everton £30 million, making him to the Merseyside club's record signing.
