Brave is coming to Belfast this Saturday

Stephen Loman of the Philippines will defend his bantamweight title against Irish challenger Frans Mlambo at Brave 13: Europe Evolution on 9 June.

The event, Bahrain-based Brave Combat Federation's first promotion in Europe, and will take place at the SSE Arena in Belfast.

Mlambo, who is a member of the SBG Ireland team and is coached by John Kavanagh, lost to Loman in Brave 1 in Bahrain in September 2016.

The co-main event features Northern Ireland's Norman Parke fighting Ireland's Myles Price in the lightweight division.

Parke, 31, last faces Price, 30, at CC 3 - Featherweight Tournament in February 2010, a bout won by Parke by submission.

Other bouts on the night include Brazil's Rodrigo Cavalheiro taking on Karl Amoussou from France, Northern Ireland's Andy Young facing England's Bryan Creighton and Hawaii's Zack Zane meeting Belfast's Declan Dalton. 

Lebanon's Mohammad Fakhreddine will make his return to face "The All-American Kid" Sidney Wheeler, while Erick Da Silva will replace the injured Abdul Kareem Al Selwady, and takes on Sweden's Erik Carlsson.

A total of 28 fighters will represent 15 nations on the fight card, which also features two IMMAF gold medalists, Frans Mlambo and Ben Bennette.

The fights will be broadcast live on Abu Dhabi Sports, Combate, StarSat and VodaComm in the respective territories, and will also be streamed on the official website of Brave Combat Federation.
