Chelsea forward Patrick Bamford has joined Burnley on a season-long loan.
Bamford signed for Chelsea in January 2012 but he has yet to make a senior appearance for the club, spending time on loan at MK Dons, Derby, Middlesbrough, Crystal Palace and Norwich.
The 22-year-old struggled for game time during his spells at Crystal Palace and Norwich last season, making just four starts in 16 appearances and he will be hoping for greater first-team experience at Turf Moor.
"Burnley Football Club is delighted to confirm the signing of Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford on a season-long loan," the Clarets said in a statement.
Bamford is Burnley's fifth senior signing of the summer after the arrivals of Steven Defour, Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Nick Pope and Jon Flanagan, while he is the 25th player to be loaned out by Chelsea this season.
