Chelsea manager Antonio Conte believes Diego Costa is happy at Stamford Bridge.
Costa's future at Chelsea was thrown into doubt after the striker was dropped for last weekend's visit to Leicester City after a row over his fitness with his absence coming on the back of reports that the Spain international had been the subject of a huge offer from a Chinese club.
Conte insists the striker was forced to miss the defeat of Leicester due to a back injury, which has now cleared up, and the manager is confident the club's top scorer is happy to remain at Stamford Bridge for the foreseeable future.
"I think the player wants to stay at Chelsea. He is happy to play with us. This idea [China] is far from his mind," Conte told his weekly press conference.
"I don't see any problem with our team. I heard a lot of speculation about Diego, but now the most important thing is he trained with us this week, he does not have any pain in his back and can play.
"He is an important player for us and we all know this. When he stays in good form he has always played with me."
However, when asked if Costa would start against Hull, Conte was keeping quiet.
"We'll see. I don't want to give an advantage to our opponent," he said. "A 100th appearance is fantastic for him and I hope to celebrate with a win."
