Antonio Conte is not bothered by the ongoing rumours linking Eden Hazard with a big-money move to Real Madrid, claiming the speculation is "normal".
The Spanish giants have been heavily linked with a £100m world record bid for the Belgian and have a habit of unsettling their top transfer targets with long periods of speculation maintained through the Madrid press, which quickly reach other shores.
The pressure was cranked up during the international break but Conte doesn't care about it, insisting Hazard is happy at Chelsea.
"It's very important, the will of the player," he said in his press conference ahead of Saturday's visit of Crystal Palace. "If the player is happy and the player knows he will stay in a great team with great ambition, I don't see any problem.
"Also if this club can call Real Madrid.
"We started to build something important and the ambitions of this club are top, the same as mine, as my players.
"I'm sure about this, that you'd be staying in the right place, in a great club, with great ambition.
"He's a young player and he has a lot of improvement in his path as a footballer.
"It's normal, it's logical in this part of the season, to start rumours about our player, to try to create difficulty in the mind of the players.
"The only thing I can say is Eden is a Chelsea player, our player. We are happy with him. He is happy with us. I don't see a problem."
