Antonio Conte has played down reports that Chelsea are interested in signing Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.
Sanchez's future has been at the centre of much speculation in recent weeks as he continues to talk to Arsenal about a new contract with recent reports linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge.
With the transfer window due to open in just over three weeks, the subject of potential signings was raised during Conte's weekly press conference but the Italian has refused to be drawn on the rumours about Sanchez.
"I don't think it is right to talk about other players and other teams. It is not right and we are totally focused on the next game, next season," Conte told reporters.
"January and next season are very far for us. It is important not to talk about other players because it is a lack of respect. We have four games before January. It's important to be focused on this game.
"January is far away for me. Now I'm pleased, very glad, with this squad and to work with these players. For this reason, I repeat: stay concentrated on this game, go game by game, and then we'll see.”
