Ireland's Paul Dunne lies six shots off the lead going into the final round of the Qatar Masters, following Jeung-Hun Wang's third-round 65 in Doha.
The South Korean, who recorded back-to-back victories in Morocco and Mauritius on the European Tour last season, carded seven birdies and no bogeys to move up to 15 under par.
"My iron play was really good today and my putting was really good," the 21-year-old said.
"I shot seven under and I'm so happy that I didn't make any bogeys today."
Greystones' golfer Dunne sits in tenth place on nine-under for the tournament, following a two-under round of 70.
Northern Ireland's Graeme McDowell lies 24 places further back after carding a third-round 70 to move to five-under.
Spain’s Nacho Elvira and South African Jaco Van Zyl are joint second, three shots behind Wang, with South Africa's Thomas Aikan one shot further behind in third.
