Farrell: "We're still trying to find our feet"

New Dublin manager Dessie Farrell says the team are still adjusting to recent changes in management and playing personnel.

Speaking after watching his new charges somehow scrape a 1-15 to 1-15 draw against Monaghan at a rain-swept Croke Park on Saturday evening, Farrell admitted that the players were still adjusting to all the changes that had taken place following Jim Gavin's departure at the end of last season.

Dublin looked well off the pace for long periods against a determined Monaghan side before a late surge saw them overturn a nine-point deficit in the final ten minutes to snatch an unlikely draw.

Farrell claimed that the squad are "still trying to find our feet" following a period of transaition.
