The 29-year-old, who joined the Blues from Bolton in January 2012, has made 177 appearances for the Stamford Bridge outfit.

Cahill was named in the Professional Footballers' Association's Premier League team of the year for the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons, and has won the Premier League, the League Cup, the FA Cup, the Champions League and the Europa League in his time at the club.
