The German Grand Prix has been dropped from the calendar for the 2017 Formula 1 season.
The Nurburgring had been due to host the German Grand Prix in 2017 but the circuit is currently experiencing financial difficulties and officials were unable to complete a deal that would see the race switched to Hockenheim.
The failure to reach an agreement means there will be no home grand prix for newly-crowned world champion Nico Rosberg in 2017.
There are currently 20 races scheduled for 2017 but Brazil has been listed as provisional with F1 commercial boss Bernie Ecclestone currently in talks with Brazil's president.
The season will start on March 26 in Australia with Abu Dhabi bringing the curtain down on the 2017 campaign on November 26.
