Guardiola's first game live on BT Sport

Exciting start to 2016-17 season

Pep Guardiola's first Premier League match as Manchester City manager will be live on the eir Sport Pack on the opening day of the 2016-17 season.

The blue side of Manchester host Sunderland on Saturday, August 13 and the game at the Etihad Stadium will be broadcast live on BT Sport, which is available as part of the eir Sport Pack in the Republic of Ireland.

The main Premier League title contenders will all feature on BT Sport in the opening two months of the season with Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool all set to feature in the first seven weeks of the campaign.

Defending champions Leicester will welcome last year's runners-up Arsenal to the King Power Stadium on Saturday, August 20 with Jose Mourinho's Manchester United traveling to the KC Stadium a week later to face newly-promoted Hull City.

Following the international break, Liverpool host Leicester on Saturday, September 10 before Ronald Koeman's Everton entertain Middlesbrough at Goodison Park a week later.

The following day, Watford and Manchester United will meet in a 12pm kick-off at Vicarage Road.
