Joe Hart is closing in on a agreement that will see him join Torino on loan from Manchester City.
The Football Association confirmed on Monday that Hart had been granted permission to leave the England camp to resolve his club future.
Hart has been told he is free to leave City after failing to start a Premier League game this season and his agent has revealed that he is due to undergo a medical with Serie A side Torino on Tuesday ahead of finalising a season-long loan deal.
"Yes, Joe Hart will play with Torino. It's done. The player said 'yes' to the club and also Manchester City have given the green light. It is all true. Tomorrow Hart will have a medical in Turin," Hart's agent Jonathan Barnett is quoted as saying by tuttosport.com.
