Healy and Ross back for Blues

Cian Healy and Mike Ross return to the Leinster team for the Guinness PRO12 clash with Zebre on Friday evening.

Healy (knee) and Ross (hamstring) took full part in training this week and have been named in the starting XV for the visit of the Italian side, taking their place in the front row alongside James Tracy.

Providing they come through the match unscathed, the pair could come into contention for Ireland's RBS Six Nations game against Engalnd on February 27.

In total there are five changes to the team tha lost to Newport Gwent Dragons last time with Josh van der Flier returning from the Ireland camp to take his place at open side flanker. He is joined in the back row by Dominic Ryan and Jordi Murphy. Ross Molony and Hayden Triggs continue in the second row.

Isa Nacewa returns from a knee injury to captain the side form the left wing with Adam Byrne starting on the right. Zane Kirchner gets the nod at full-back.

Ben Te'o and Garry Ringrose continue in midfield with Isaac Boss partnering Cathal Marsh in the half-back line.

Leinster (XV v Zebre): Z Kirchner; A Byrne, G Ringrose, B Te'o, I Nacewa; C Marsh, I Boss; C Healy, J Tracy, M Ross, R Molony, H Triggs, D Ryan, J van der Flier, J Murphy.

Replacements: S Cronin, P Dooley, M Bent, T Denton, D Leavy, L McGrath, N Reid, F McFadden.
