Hornets and Reds agree Sinclair fee

Watford and Liverpool have agreed a deal for Jerome Sinclair which will see the striker move to Vicarage Road.

Sinclair's contract with the Reds expires on Thursday but, as he is under the age of 24, Watford will have to pay Liverpool compensation.

It was though a transfer tribunal would be needed to determine the fee for the 19-year-old, but the clubs have reached an agreement regarding a transfer and Sinclair will officially become a Hornet on Friday.

Sinclair became the youngest player to ever represent Liverpool when he made his debut aged 16 years and six days in a League Cup tie against West Bromwich Albion in September 2012.

He went on to play five times for the Reds and scored on his first start in the FA Cup tie against Exeter City earlier this year.
