Hummels facing difficult decision

Mats Hummels admits he is struggling to make a decision about his future as he continues to be linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund.

"It's a very difficult decision, and when I finally make it people will understand how hard it is for me," Hummels told Sky Germany.

""I've set a date, but I'm keeping it to myself. It's been taking me at least half an hour extra to fall asleep for several weeks now because this is such a big issue for me."
