Ibrahimovic hints at Malmo return


Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hinted at a possible return to his boyhood club Malmo.

Ibrahimovic is available on a free transfer after electing not to sign a new contract at Paris Saint-Germain and he has been linked with a move to Manchester United were he would be reunited with manager Jose Mourinho.

Speaking last week the Sweden international admitted that he had received concrete offers from several interested parties but his agent Mino Raiola played down speculation that a move to Old Trafford was on the cards.

Now the 34-year-old as suggested that he could be on his way back to Malmo

"I love Malmo and I wish I could play," Ibrahimovic said ahead of Sweden's friendly against Slovenia at the Swedbank Stadium.

"I apologise for that, but I will [play here again], I will. Just wait for me."
