Zlatan Ibrahimovic is wanted to stay as a coach at Manchester United when his playing days are over, according to a report.
The Daily Star claim that the Old Trafford club want the Swede to join Jose Mourinho's backroom staff when he finally hangs up his boots.
The 35-year-old joined the Premier League side last summer on a free transfer from PSG and has been a big success so far, so much that he has already agreed to stay for the 2017/18 season too.
And now it is reported that he will stay beyond next season.
“Zlatan has one eye on the future and is keen to become a manager in his own right,” the newspaper report a club source as saying.
“United recognise this and will be willing to help him. He is such a positive influence on those around him that a coaching role would suit all parties.”
