Iceland set up England clash

Iceland will face England in Nice on Monday in the last 16 of Euro 2016 after a stunning 2-1 win over Austria at the Stade de France.

Iceland's Jon Dadi Bodvarsson opened the scoring on 18 minutes with his first goal for his country in 20 matches with a low finish past Austria goalkeeper Robert Almer.

Austria, who missed a penalty just before the break when Aleksandar Dragovic's spot-kick struck the post, levelled on the hour mark through substitute Alessandro Schopf.

But Iceland set up a meeting with Roy Hodgson's side when Arnor Ingvi Traustason poked home a winner deep into injury-time following a three-on-one break as Austria sought a winner that would keep them in the competition.

Portugal become the first team to qualify for the knock-out stages of the European Championships, as Cristiano Ronaldo led the fightback in the 3-3 draw with Hungary in Lyon.

Former Fulham and West Brom midfielder Zoltan Gera opened the scoring for Hungary with a stunning half volley from outside the box that whistled in the bottom corner of Rui Patricio's goal, but Fenerbahce winger Nani levelled just before half-time with a crisp finish beyond

Hungary goalkeeper Gabr Kiraly from his former Manchester United team-mate Ronaldo's clever through ball.

Balazs Dzsudzsak gave the Hungary the lead for a second time on 49 minutes with a free-kick from 25 yards, only for Ronaldo to level just three minutes later with a brilliant flicked finish from Joao Mario's low cross from the right.

Hungary took the lead for a third time on 55 minutes with the third goal in nine frenetic minutes of play at the start of the second half, as Dzsudzsak saw an effort flick off Nani and past Patricio.

But Ronaldo, again, levelled the match for a third time on 62 minutes with a glancing header past Kirshut from Mario's left-wing cross.

Group winners Hungary will meet Belgium in the last 16 at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis on Saturday afternoon, while Portugal will face Croatia in Lens on Saturday evening.
