Jones returns for Scotland

There are six changes to the Scotland team for Saturday's Autumn international against South Africa at Murrayfield.

Head coach Gregor Townsend has rung the changes following last weekend's win over Fiji with Huw Jones returning at centre alongside Pete Horne despite coming in for criticism in the wake of the game against Wales earlier this month.

Stuart Hogg is named a full-back with Sean Maitland and Tommy Seymour starting on the wings. Greig Laidlaw and Finn Russell make up the half-back line.

Jones' inclusion is the only change to the backs but there are five to the pack with Gordon Reid named at loosehead prop alongside the returning Stuart McInally at hooker. William Nel is retained at tighthead prop.

Jonny Gray is named in the second row where he is joined by Ben Toolis, while Hamish Watson comes into the back row.

There is a positional switch in the back row with Sam Skinner moving to blindside flanker as Ryan Wilson keeps his place at number 8.

Scotland (XV v South Africa): S Hogg; T Seymour, H Jones, P Horne, S Maitland; F Russell, G Laidlaw; G Reid, S McInally, W Nel, B Toolis, J Gray, S Skinner, H Watson, R Wilson.

Replacements: F Brown, A Dell, S Berghan, J Strauss, J Ritchie, A Price, A Hastings, C Harris
