Tottenham striker Harry Kane could be available for the north London derby against Arsenal.
Kane suffered ligament damage during his side's 1-0 win over Sunderland on 18 September and has missed the last four games as he has recovered from the injury.
It was feared that he would be out for between six and eight weeks but the England international is set to return to training next week and could be available for the November 6 clash with Arsenal.
"He's very positive, he's doing well. Next week we hope he'll be training on the pitch — not with the group but on the grass a little bit — but we're happy," manager Mauricio Pochettino told reporters.
However, Mousa Dembele is facing a spell out after suffering a recurrence of an injury to his left foot.
Dembele, who has been restricted to just two appearances this season because of a hamstring problem, had been in line to feature against West Brom at the weekend only to suffer a setback in training.
"His hamstring was good, but he got a knock on his foot, an old problem, and now he is recovering from that. It is minor, but it’s painful for him. When he touches the ball, it’s painful for him," Pochettino revealed.
