Kane out of Fiorentina tie

Harry Kane will miss Tottenham's Europa League tie against Fiorentina because of a broken nose.

Kane was injured during his side's FA Cup defeat to Crystal Palace on Sunday but he did not realise he had broken his nose and played on until the final whistle.

Scans later confirmed that the striker had broken his nose and it was thought he would wear a protective mask but manager Mauricio Pochettino has decided not to risk him for game at White Hart Lane.

"We expect and hope Kane will be available on Sunday. Today, he wasn't [at training] as he is seeing a specialist about his nose," Pochettino told his pre-match press conference.

Spurs will also be without Mousa Dembele for the visit of the Serie A outfit.
