Harry Kane feels the 'future is promising' for Tottenham and believes it would 'be stupid to leave' for him or any of his team-mates to leave the club.
Tottenham missed out on the Premier League title last year when their challenge faltered in the final weeks of the season and they are currently third in the table, nine points behind leaders Chelsea.
With their new stadium due to be ready ahead of the 2018-19 season, the club are planning for the future with the likes of Dele Alli, Kyle Walker, Danny Rose and Kane all signing new long-term contracts.
Kane believes the club is on the verge of something special and admits he would be surprised if any of the current squad wants to leave White Hart Lane.
"I would be surprised if any of my team-mates were to leave now," Kane told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Something's going on here, we're just missing that last step - to win trophies. It would be stupid to leave now.
"We have one of the best managers in the world, perhaps the best. Soon there will be a new stadium. The future is promising."
