Rob Kearney will miss Ireland's final RBS Six Nations game through injury.
Kearney was ruled out of last weekend's defeat of Italy because of a hamstring injury but it was thought he would be available for selection for the visit of Scotland on the final day of the championship.
However, he has tightness in his hamstring and will not be risked this weekend, paving the way for Simon Zebo to keep his place at full-back.
Robbie Henshaw, Andrew Trimble and Keith Earls required stitches following the comprehensive defeat of Italy but all three are available for the weekend, while Eoin Reddan and Cian Healy are expected to train fully with the squad on Tuesday.
Prop David Kilcoyne and uncapped winger Andrew Conway have joined the squad ahead of Saturday's match.
