Jurgen Klopp has warned Mamadou Sakhohe will deal with the player's public complaints on Saturday
The defender has not featured for Liverpool since April, when he was first temporarily suspended for failing a drugs test before he was then sent home from their pre-season tour for poor timekeeping and alleged attitude problems.
In the middle of Friday night the former PSG man posted a series of messages on Snapchat which read:
“I accept my situation but I can’t accept the lie. The fans deserve to
know the truth. Now it’s three weeks since I am fit to play games. I
finish all my rehabilitation work. They don’t want me to play also with
second team lol! Why, I don’t know."
When questioned about it after watching his side hammer 10-man Hull City 5-1, Klopp was clear that he will address the issue.
“I was confronted this morning with the news that maybe it was something
I should know about," he said. "But on a match day I am in completely the wrong
kind of mood for something like this.
“I know something was on the thing that I don’t use [Snapchat] but it is not the right moment to speak about it. It makes sense to think about it and then give the right answer.
“It is not positive, I would say. I will address the situation when I think it is the right moment. I haven’t decided when the right moment is yet but it is not Christmas."
Sakho reportedly refused a loan move during the summer transfer window and it is clear he faces a bleak future at Anfield.
