Yannick Bolasie and Ashley Williams could make their Everton debuts at West Brom on Saturday but Ronald Koeman has yet to make a decision on Romelu Lukaku's involvement.
Lukaku missed the 1-1 draw with Tottenham on the opening day of the new season after sustained a cut to his heel in the club's final pre-season friendly against Espanyol, while Williams was given an extended break due to his involvement with Wales at Euro 2016.
Both are in contention to feature at The Hawthorns with Koeman set to wait until the eve of the match before making a decision on their involvement.
“Romelu did his first training session this morning without any problem. I need to make a decision tomorrow if he is part of the squad for Saturday," Koeman told reporters.
“(Ashley) started pre-season later and he has had five days (training at Finch Farm) and is closer to being part of the team. Maybe he will be in the squad. We need to make the decision tomorrow.”
Seamus Coleman, meanwhile, is unlikely to feature for a couple of weeks as he continues his recovery from an ankle injury.
"Seamus is not ready. He’ll be out for another two weeks at least," Koeman said.
