Man City to face PSG in Champions League

Manchester City will face French champions Paris Saint-Germain in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Manuel Pellegrini's side will travel to Paris for the first leg on Wednesday, 6 April, and host the second leg at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday, 12 April.

Laurent Blanc's side beat Chelsea in the Round of 16 to qualify for the quarter-finals.

Bayern Munich will meet Benfica in the quarter-finals, with the first leg at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday 5 April and the second leg in the Stadium of Light eight days later.

The draw means City will avoid meeting their future manager Pep Guardiola in the last eight - the Spaniard will replace Pellegrini in the Etihad Stadium hot-seat this summer after three years in charge of the German champions.

Holders Barcelona, who beat Arsenal 5-1 on aggregate in the Round of 16, will face 2014 Champions League runners-up Atletico Madrid, while the third Spanish side in the last eight, Real Madrid, will meet Wolfsburg.

Champions League quarter-final draw:

VfL Wolfsburg v Real Madrid

Bayern Munich v Benfica

Barcelona v Atletico Madrid

Paris Saint-Germain v Manchester City

First legs will be played April 5/6 and return legs April 12/13.
