Despite winning five All-Irelands in a row and five Allianz League titles in the past seven years, the determination to improve is what continues to motivate the Dublin squad, according to Paul Mannion.
Speaking at the launch of eir sport's coverage of the Allianz Leagues for 2020 which gets underway this Saturday, the star corner-forward revealed that no-one in the Dublin squad is resting on their laurels and the drive to get better which has underpinned their success to date is ongoing and constant.
He is confident this determination will continue under new boss Dessie Farrell and the incoming management team as each player works to "steal inches" on the road to improving their performances on the pitch.
"I can sense a new lease of life in the team," he revealed, speaking about the impact Farrell has already had since his appointment.
"The hunger is there and we can't wait to get going."
