Donegal will be without Ryan McHugh for up to four weeks due to a torn ankle tendon.
McHugh was injured in the latter stages of Donegal's Allianz Football League Division 1 clash with Monaghan at the weekend and underwent a scan on the injury on Wednesday.
The injury will keep the Kilcar clubman out for between three and four weeks, which will rule him out of the remainder of the Allianz Football League campaign.
Donegal are due to face Antrim in the Ulster SFC quarter-final on May 21 with McHugh set to be available for the match.
