Midtjylland test for United

Manchester United have been handed a trip to Denmark after being drawn against Midtjylland in the second round of the Europa League.

Defeat to Wolfsburg consigned United to an early exit from the Champions League but third place in the group means they are still in Europe, albeit in the Europa League.

They have been drawn against FC Midtjylland in the round of 32 with Louis van Gaal's side at home for the second leg, which will be play on Thursday, February 25.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will return to Germany after his side were drawn against Augsburg, while Tottenham will renew rivalry with Fiorentina after the Serie A team dumped them out of the competition last season.

Fiorentina beat Mauricio Pochettino’s Spurs in the same round last season, winning 3-1 on aggregate.

The first legs will be played on Thursday, February 18.
