Nacewa missing for Leinster

Leinster captain Isa Nacewa has been ruled out of Saturday's Guinness PRO12 final against Connacht in BT Murrayfield.

Nacewa sustained an arm injury in the semi-final win over Ulster and while he had been expected to be available for selection, further scans have revealed damage had been done to an older injury, ruling him out of the game.

His place at full-back will go to Rob Kearney, who has been passed fit after an ankle injury and he is joined in the back three by brother Dave and Luke Fitzgerald.

Ben Te'o will play his last game for Leinster in the centre alongside Garry Ringrose, while Eoin Reddan and Johnny Sexton are once again named in the half-back line.

The front row of Jack McGrath, Richardt Strauss and Mike Ross has been retained, while Ross Molony will lock down with Mick Kearney in the second row - Devin Toner misses out.

Rhys Ruddock, Jordi Murphy and Captain Jamie Heaslip complete the pack.

Connacht head coach Pat Lam has kept faith with the same starting xv that defeated Glasgow last weekend.

It's as you were in the back three as Tiernan O'Halloran, Niyi Adeolokun and Matt Healy getting the nod as Robbie Henshaw once again starting in midfield alongside Bundee Aki. Kieran Marmion and AJ MacGinty are retained in the half-back line.

Ronan Loughney, Tom McCartney and Finlay Bealham start in the front row with Ultan Dillane and Aly Muldowney teaming up in the back row.

Eoin McKoen, Jake Heenan and John Muldoon complete the pack.
