New Blues deal for Loftus-Cheek

Ruben Loftus-Cheek has committed his future to Chelsea by signed a new contract which ties him to the Stamford Bridge until 2021.

Lotfus-Cheek made his debut in December 2014 but he has struggled for game time, making 13 appearances for the club.

Despite his lack of appearances, the 20-year-old has signed a new deal to remain with his boyhood club, and the England Under-21 international is keen to establish himself in the first-team.

"I’m delighted to sign a new contract at Chelsea and my focus is on working hard in training every day in order to push on and establish myself in the team. It really means a lot because this shows the club believe in me so I’m really happy," he told the club's official website.

"The club have done so much for me since I started here as an Under-8 and now I want to repay the faith they’ve shown in me with my performances on the pitch."
