There are 18 horses engaged in the Ryanair World Hurdle following the six-day confirmation stage.
Thistlecrack heads the betting for the stayers' championship after winning all three of his starts this season, including the Cleeve Hurdle, and he will face up to 17 rivals, including last year's winner Cole Harden.
As expected, Willie Mullins has taken out Annie Power after adding her to the field for the Stan James Champion Hurdle, but the Irish trainer still has the option of running Nichols Canyon and Vroum Vroum Mag.
Mouse Morris has Alpha Des Obeaux entered alongside the Sandra Hughes-trained Lieutenant Colonel and Martello Tower from Mags Mullins' yard. Gordon Elliott could saddle Prince Of Scars.
Paul Nicholls is currently double-handed with Saphir Di Rheu and Aux Ptit Sons both engaged, while Nickey Henderson could run former Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Bobs Worth and Whisper.
Knockara Beau, Kilcooley, Commissioned, At Fishers Cross and Aqalim complete the entries.
Taquin Du Seuil has been supplemented for the Ryanair Chase on the same card.
The former JLT Novices' Chase winner was ninth in the race 12 months ago but had been expected to miss this year's renewal due to injury. However, he has made a quicker than expected recovery and trainer Jonjo O'Neill has elected to add him to the field.
Vautour has been confirmed by Willie Mullins although he looks set to run in the Timico Cheltenham Gold Cup. Felix Yonger, Valseur Lido anf Vroum Vroum Mag are also entered.
Noel Meade has made it clear he would prefer to run Road To Riches in the Gold Cup but the nine-year-old remains engaged in the shorter race along with Baily Green, Gilhamboa and Smashing.
Other notable entries include Al Ferof, Oscar Rock and Vibrato Valtat.
Former World Hurdle winner More Of That looks certain to go for the RSA Chase after he was removed from the JLT Novices' Chase.
In total there are 18 horses entered in the contest with Douvan a surprise inclusion alongside the likes of Shansehill, No More Heroes, L'Ami Serge, Bristol De Mai, Outlander and Garde La Victoir.
