Notice for Commercial Customers


From 31 January 2021, the operations of the eir sport service will be transferred to eircom Limited as part of a corporate reorganisation within the eir group companies. eircom Limited is the main operating entity in the eir group of companies.

As part of that transfer, your contract with eircom sport Limited (formerly Setanta Setanta Sports Channel Ireland Limited) will be assigned and transferred to eircom Limited.  

The name of the bank account into which you pay will also change to eircom Limited.  The VAT number for eircom Limited for invoicing and payment  is 3286434NH. 

No action is required by you, the transfer of the eir sport operations to eircom Limited will not have any impact on the supply of the eir sport service.
