Leo Cullen has kept faith with the majority of the starting XV that defeated Wasps for Sunday's European Champions Cup semi-final against ASM Clermont.
Fresh from being named in the British and Irish Lions squad, Sean O'Brien has been ruled out of the game due to a tightness in his hamstring, with the Ireland international set to be assessed ahead of the visit of Glasgow in the Guinness PRO12.

Rhys Ruddock comes in at blindside flanker, with Dan Leavy moving to openside and Jack Conan continuing at number eight.
Meanwhile, lock Sébastien Vahaamahina, hooker Benjamin Kayser and prop Davit Zirakashvili have all been passed fit for Clermont after overcoming their respective injury concerns.
