O'Donoghue and Bealham join Ireland squad

Jack O'Donoghue and Finlay Bealham have been named in the Ireland squad for the final two games of the RBS Six Nations Championship.

Ireland are without a win in this year's tournament but they will be looking to put that right when they welcome Italy and Scotland to the Aviva Stadium over the next two weekends.

Munster's O'Donoghue and Connacht's Bealham have been added as forward options with the former able to play at Number 8 or flanker. Bealham, meanwhile, can operate at both tighthead and loosehead prop.

A number of players, including Cian Healy, Mike Ross and Simon Zebo were released back to their provinces last weekend but they will rejoin the rest of the squad at Carton House ahead of Saturday's clash with Italy.
