Offaly football star Moloney out with dislocated shoulder

Offaly senior football star Johnny Moloney is out for a month due to a dislocated shoulder.

The full effect of the injury will be felt by his club Tullamore, as he will miss their clash with Ferbane in O’Connor Park tomorrow for a place in the Offaly SFC final.

Moloney dislocated the shoulder in his club’s clash with Edenderry a few weeks ago. The prognosis is that the full recovery could in fact take up to a year, which would effectively him out of Offaly’s 2017 league and championship campaigns.
