Under-fire Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew is keen to stay with the club despite a run of five consecutive defeats.
The Eagles haven't won since beating fellow strugglers Sunderland 3-2 back in September and are now hovering just a point above the drop zone in 16th.
Palace head to bottom club Swansea on Saturday with Pardew well aware that his position is under threat at Selhurst Park.
"This is my ninth Premier League season and I want ten with Palace," the manger said.
"A win would make our position look clearer and take the pressure off of us. I'm an experienced manager and I have been in this situation before."
Palace, who are also just four points from the top ten, will be without striker Loic Remy who will be out for up to three weeks with a calf injury.
