Connacht's Bundee Aki has been named Guinness PRO12 Player's Player of the Year, while Pat Lam has picked p the Coach of the Year award.

Aki has been a pivotal member of the Connacht squad in a season that has seen the Westerners qualify for the PRO12 semi-finals and his form saw him take the Player's Player of the Year, which is voted for by all 12 captains and vice-captains, ahead of Stuart Hogg and CJ Stander.
