Sexton boost for Cullen
Leinster fly-half Johnny Sexton could return for Saturday's Pro12 derby against Ulster at the RDS after six weeks out with a hamstring injury.
Sexton took part in training on Tuesday after five weeks of strength and conditioning work on the injury he sustained in the 21-9 defeat to New Zealand in Dublin on 19 November.
"He trained fully, Johnny. He looked pretty good out there," Leinster coach Leo Cullen said.
"We're pretty hopeful he'll come through the week. He looked sharp out there.
"He's dying to get back involved now at this stage because it has been a frustrating period for him being on the sideline watching his team-mates playing in Europe and on the weekend as well."
Ireland full-back Rob Kearney could also return after recovering from the ankle injury he sustained in Leinster's European win at Northampton on 9 December.
However, Cullen says his selection options are limited by the Player Welfare Programme, which prevents Ireland internationals from appearing in too many matches over Christmas.
"Most of them are back," added Cullen.
"You're trying to manage guys, some guys that would have played during the November series and that played at the weekend will become unavailable.
"I'm sure it is the same for other provincial teams.
"You get a list saying X amount of minutes and games that certain players can play,"
