Jonathan Sexton, Sean O'Brien and Keith Earls will return to full training ahead of Saturday's Six Nations opener against Scotland in Dublin.
Leinster fly-half Sexton suffered a bruised calf in Leinster’s draw against Castres on 20 January, Leinster flanker O’Brien is coming back from his own calf injury, while Munster back Earls suffered a rib injury ahead of Munster’s 22-10 win over Racing 92 on 21 January.
"I think everything is fine (with Sexton)," Ireland manager Paul Dean said.
"We're being very positive about it, hopefully he'll train properly and be fit and ready. He’s very positive as he always is.
"Anyone who looks further than Scotland not being realistic, they are really really good and we’re going to have hands full.
"Preparations going well, think we’ll be ready. Hopefully everybody will be ready, think we’re going to be at our best."
Uncapped Munster wing Andrew Conway has been ruled out of the match in Dublin with a groin problem.
Ireland full-back Rob Kearney believes Scottish rugby is on an upward spiral, and feels Vern Cotter's side will pose a tough test at the Aviva Stadium.
"Scotland have improved greatly, they’re not the one-off team they used to be. Their club sides are going well, particularly Glasgow," he said.
"They look confident, they’ve progressed well over the last six months and they’ll be confident. It’s a dangerous combination."
