SFC team news: One change for the Banner


Cian O'Dea starts for Clare in the Banner County's All-Ireland SFC Round 2A Qualifier against Laois in Portlaoise on Saturday.

The Kilfenora clubman comes in at wing-forward for the injured Shane Brennan, the only change to the line-up that started the six-point Munster semi-final defeat to Kerry.

Laois boss Pete Creedon has named an unchanged team for Saturday's match.

Donie Moore, who scored 1-04 for the O'Moore County in their 2-16 to 3-10 win over Wicklow in the first round of qualifiers, will again lead the Laois line in Portlaoise.

Trevor Collins, Gary Walsh and David Conway, late call-ups for the game against Wicklow on 17 June, retain their starting places.

Sligo boss Niall Carew has made one change to his starting line-up for Saturday's All-Ireland SFC qualifier against Meath in Navan.

Kevin McDonnell takes over at full-back from the injured Eoin McHugh, but Chriostoir Davey and David Kelly have recovered from their own injuries and could feature off the bench.

The Yeats County recorded a 0-22 to 3-7 victory over Antrim at Markievicz Park in the first round of qualifiers on 17 June, after their 2-14 to 0-11 Connacht quarter-final defeat to Mayo.
