Gylfi Sigurdsson has signed a new four-year contract with Swansea, the Premier League club has confirmed.
Sigurdsson joined Swansea from Tottenham in July 2014 - he previously enjoyed a loan spell at the Liberty Stadium in 2012 - and has since scored 20 goals in 72 appearances for the club.
The 26-year-old had two years to run on his contract but following an impressive run at Euro 2016 the Iceland international had attracted interest from a number of clubs, prompting Swansea to offer him a new deal.
"Delighted to have signed a new 4 year deal with @swansofficial. Looking forward to the new season!" he wrote on the club's official Twitter feed.
