Moussa Sissoko has been omitted from the Tottenham squad for Tuesday's Champions League tie with CSKA Moscow.
The midfielder was forced off during Tottenham's Premier League win at Middlesbrough on Saturday with concussion and manager Mauricio Pochettino has decided not to risk the Frenchman.
In total five players have not travelled to Russia with Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Mousa Dembele and Danny Rose all ruled out of the game.
Kane is sidelined with an ankle injury, while Dier and Dembele are both dealing with hamstring issues. Rose has not played since picking up a hamstring injury during the last international break.
