Stoke City have completed the signing of Jese Rodriguez on a year's loan from Paris Saint-Germain.
The former Real Madrid player was not included in the PSG squad that beat Guingamp on Sunday and was keen to move away from the Parc des Princes following the £198million arrival of Neymar.
The 24-year-old has started just one Ligue 1 match for PSG since his summer 2016 £21m transfer from Real Madrid, and spent the second half of last season on loan at Las Palmas.
Jese, who was part of Real Madrid's 2014 and 2016 Champions League-winning squads, had been linked with a move to Serie A outfit Fiorentina, but chose Stoke as he preferred to play in the Premier League.
"His pedigree speaks for itself," said Stoke chief executive Tony Scholes.
"He hasn't had the happiest of periods in his career in Paris but he's still only a young man and is hungry to make a big impression in the Premier League.
"He will most certainly add to the firepower at our disposal."
