Katie Taylor will fight Poland's Karina Kopinska when she makes her professional debut on Saturday, November 26.
As an amateur career, Taylor won five world titles and six European crowns as well as Olympic gold at the 2012 London Olympics, but she has made the decision to join the professional ranks.
Her first professional fight will take place at the SSE Wembley Arena on the undercard of Tommy-Coyle’s super-lightweight clash with John Wayne Hibbert, while she will also fight on the undercard of Anthony Joshua's IBF heavyweight title defence in Manchester on December 10.
Taylor was controversially beaten by Finland’s Mira Potkonen in the women’s lightweight contest at the Rio Olympics.
