Toure travels with City for Real tie

Yaya Toure has trained with the Manchester City squad ahead of Wednesday's Champions League semi-final second-leg against Real Madrid.

Toure has been battling a muscle injury since the 4-0 win at Stoke on April 23 and missed the first leg at the Etihad Stadium as well as Sunday's defeat at Southampton.

Speaking ahead of the game at St Mary's manager Manual Pellegrini voiced his concern about Toure's fitness, but the Ivorian took part in Tuesday's training session to boost his chances of featuring at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Vincent Kompany, midfielder Kevin De Bruyne and striker Sergio Aguero also trained after sitting out the defeat to Southampton, but David Silva will definitely miss out as a result of the hamstring injury he sustained in the first leg.
