Two changes for Connacht


Pat Lam has made two changes to the Connacht starting XV for the visit of Edinburgh to the Sportsground on Friday.

There is just one change to the backline with Peter Robb returning to the starting line-up to partner Bundee Aki in midfield as Tieran O'Halloran, Niyi Adeolokun and Matt Healy start in the back three. Jack Carty and Kieran Marmion are retained at half-back.

The other change comes in the front row as Conor Carey makes his Connacht debut alongside Denis Buckley and Tom McCartney.

Quinn Roux locks down with Ultan Dillane once again, while Eoin McKeon, Jake Heenan and John Muldoon take their place in the back row.

Connacht (XV v Edinburgh): T O'Halloran; N Adeolokun, B Aki, P Robb, M Healy; J Carty, K Marmion; D Buckley, T McCartney, C Carey, Q Roux, U Dillane, E McKeon, J Heenan, J Muldoon.
